We believe in caring for our environment to ensure our cities can sustain us
into the future.
The state of our environment impacts our everyday lives. Safe water, clean air and green spaces all help us to lead a healthier life. However, rapid urbanisation is putting pressure on these vital resources.
Cities everywhere face challenges with air quality, energy consumption, waste management and climate action. Climate change and natural disasters are expected to cost cities over £225 billion by 2030. But it’s not too late to fix this. We can make changes today to ensure we have a cleaner and greener environment tomorrow.

Mission #6: Creating sustainable communities
Reducing our environmental impact is not only the responsibility of businesses and government, but of everyone in the community. We want to support communities to take action towards improving the environment, as well as innovative ideas that can have a big impact on environmental sustainability.
